Founded by veteran Lead Producer Rhonda Cox (Epic Games, Riot Games, Blizzard Entertainment, Sony Santa Monica, Respawn Entertainment, Activision), Level Up Strategies offers hands-on production consulting for game teams of all sizes, from early-stage indie studios to established AAA developers.

About Rhonda Cox
With over 20 years in the video game industry, and 13 years as a producer, I’ve led multiple cross‑disciplinary teams to ship more than 10+ titles across iconic franchises like Star Wars, VALORANT, God of War, LEGO Fortnite and World of Warcraft. My leadership blends deep production expertise with a keen understanding of agile development, live‑service pipelines and creative vision. I’ve built and mentored teams from pre‑production through post‑launch, helping studios streamline workflows and rescue troubled projects. Today, through Level Up Strategies, I channel that experience into consulting and career coaching for game developers at every stage, helping them “level up” their careers and their games.
